We also offer physicals, vaccinations, and diagnostic services like X-rays and lab tests.

  • Do I need an appointment to visit Pulse Urgent Care?

    No appointment is needed. We welcome walk-ins during all operating hours. However, for faster service, you can check in online to reduce your wait time.

  • What are your hours of operation?

    Pulse Urgent Care is open:

    Monday – Saturday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM

    Sunday: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

    Our Vein Center is open:

    Friday – Sunday: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

  • What insurance plans do you accept?

    We accept most major insurance plans, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, and Medicare. Please bring your insurance card and a valid ID to your visit. If you are uninsured, we also offer affordable self-pay options.

  • Do you offer COVID-19 testing or vaccinations?

    Yes, we offer COVID-19 PCR and rapid antigen testing, as well as vaccinations based on availability. Please call ahead or check our online booking system for current offerings and eligibility requirements.

  • What vein conditions do you treat?

    Our board-certified physicians specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic venous insufficiency, varicose veins, spider veins, leg swelling, heaviness, pain, and restless legs.

  • What types of vein treatments do you offer?

    We offer modern, minimally invasive treatments such as radiofrequency ablation (RFA), sclerotherapy, and ultrasound-guided therapy—all performed in a comfortable outpatient setting with minimal downtime.

  • What should I bring with me to my visit?

    Please bring a valid photo ID, your insurance card (if applicable), and a list of any current medications you are taking. If you are a new patient, arriving a few minutes early will help ensure a smooth registration process.
